Weekly Check-Ins & Updates

Each week, you’ll submit key data points (training performance, nutrition metrics, recovery markers, video lifts, etc.). I’ll provide detailed feedback and make adjustments as needed - always with the aim of long-term progress and skill development, not just short-term change.

Lifestyle & Recovery Considerations

Sleep, stress, daily activity, and recovery are integral parts of the process. These variables will be monitored and addressed when relevant, to support performance and overall well-being - not just physique outcomes.
